Wellington Residence / 2019

This Wellington Residence is located on the corner of two busy streets in the heart of Bethany Beach, Delaware. The corner of the house is rotated slightly to capture views of the ocean one block to the east. Floor to ceiling windows and open porches add a feeling of height and openness to the home while flooding the house with natural light and breezes. The standing seam metal roofing and siding give the house a modern aesthetic which is balanced by the warmth of the stained wood accents.
