The Tidewaters residence is a complete renovation of and addition to a shingle style home on the Lewes Rehoboth Canal in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Large portions of the existing structure were deconstructed and salvaged to create room for a new kitchen and great room on the canal that opens to the new pool. Larger windows and doors add light to the interior spaces and improve the proportions of the original exterior.
