Outer Banks House

Designed and built for a family that loves the water, the Outer Banks House is a complete interior renovation and second floor addition to an existing cottage on the Core Sound in North Carolina. We were tasked with providing more space for a growing family without increasing the footprint of the house because it sits in a protected oyster harvesting area.
