38 Oak is a complete renovation of an aging summer cottage in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The owners wanted to modernize the house without losing it's original charm and character.  New, larger windows make the home feel brighter and more open while the exposed painted beams add height and warmth to the interior spaces. A roof mounted solar system is designed to offset 100% of the home's energy consumption.
